4.2 Student Work

Students retain ownership of their original work created during the Course. However, by enrolling in the Course, students grant the Academy a non-exclusive license to use their work for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website content, social media, and marketing materials.

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times. The Academy has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or any other form of inappropriate behavior. Violation of this code of conduct may result in immediate dismissal from the Course without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or enrollment in our courses. The Academy's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the student.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
